We have a 14-day return policy, to enable us to authorise a return you must notify us within 14 days from the day you receive your goods by contacting us at hello@karlandfric.com.

Nursery furniture which has been assembled cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is deemed to be non-resalable. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The return shipping costs are at your expense.
